Open以来、初めて清掃の制服を作成しました。
今回の制服もMARTON氏にお願いしました。
For the first time since we opened, we’ve created uniforms for our cleaning staff.
We once again commissioned Mr. MARTON to design these uniforms.
毎回、素敵なコンセプトを考えてくれ、制服に華やかさが増し、ただ着るのではなく、花を纏えれることが私たちも嬉しいです。
清掃とゆうネガティブなイメージを持たれがちな仕事を素敵に捉えてくれました。
Every time, they come up with such wonderful concepts that make our uniforms even more vibrant. We’re so happy that we don’t just wear them—we get to be adorned with flowers.
They’ve managed to present the job of cleaning—which is often viewed negatively—in a truly wonderful light.

清掃は私たちの顔ともなる仕事であり、決して裏方と呼ばれる仕事では無いので、このような機会ができたのがよかったです。
In our line of work, where we place great emphasis on handling all operations in-house,
cleaning is a task that represents the face of our organization—it is by no means a behind-the-scenes role—so I’m glad we had this opportunity.

清掃スタッフは、裏方作業と捉えられがちですが、HELIO HOSTELが提供する「特別な空間と体験」を最前線で守り、創り上げている重要な存在です。
While cleaning staff are often seen as working behind the scenes, they play a vital role in safeguarding and creating the “special space and experience” that HELIO HOSTEL offers.
今回のユニフォームは、単なる作業着ではなく「裏方のユニフォームにまで徹底してこだわるHELIO HOSTELの美学」を体現するデザインとしました。スタッフ自身が誇りを持ち、空間づくりの一員であるという意識を高めるための「チームウェア」
This uniform is more than just workwear; it’s a design that embodies HELIO HOSTEL’s philosophy of paying meticulous attention to every detail, even in our behind-the-scenes uniforms. It serves as “teamwear” designed to instill a sense of pride in our staff and reinforce their role as integral members of our team in creating this space.

* 「STAFF」ではなく、あえて「TEAM」という表記へ
単なる人員（STAFF）の集まりではなく、同じ目標に向かってキビキビと連携して動く、組織としての強いまとまりを表現するために「Cleaning Team」という言葉を選びました。
Choosing “TEAM” over “STAFF”
We chose the term “Cleaning Team” to convey a strong sense of unity as an organization—one that moves swiftly and works in coordination toward a common goal—rather than simply being a collection of personnel (STAFF).
* 清潔感と輝きを象徴する「星（キラキラ）」のモチーフ
背面のロゴ周りにあしらった星のマークは、空間を「ピカピカに磨き上げる」という清掃チームのミッションを視覚化したものです。
The “star” motif, symbolizing cleanliness and brilliance
The star design surrounding the logo on the back visually represents the cleaning team’s mission to “polish the space to a sparkling shine.”
