記念すべき20周年の余韻が残る中、after partyをHelio hostel sapporo内の1階、灯台珈琲で開催しました。
今回のafter partyでは、幹事として企画、運営まで携わらせて頂いきました。
せっかくの節目の日。
集まってくださった皆様に楽しんでいただき、心に残る時間に出来たら、、、
そんなことをボスと共に考えさせて頂きながら準備を進めていきました。
普段はそれぞれの場所で仕事をしている方々が集まり、普段はなかなか話す機会のない人同士が言葉を交わしたり、懐かしい話に花が咲いたり、、、
さまざまな会話や笑顔が生まれ、人と人との繋がりを感じる時間となりました。
日々の仕事の中で生まれる関係性や、一緒に考え、悩み、乗り越えてきた経験。
互いに妥協せず、真摯に向き合い、より良いものを作る。
そして、さまざまな形で関わってくださる方々とのご縁。
そうした一つひとつの積み重ねが、今のHELIOにつながっているのだと思います。
企画の段階からHELIOに縁のある方達にご協力もお願いし、終始とても良い雰囲気でした。

これまで積み重ねてきた経験を未来につなぎ、1人一人が考え、行動し、それぞれの力を持ち寄ることで、見えてくる景色があるはずだと、、、
過去を守ることだけでも、ただ新しいことに挑戦することだけでもなく、HELIOらしさを大切にしながら、時代に合わせて変化をし続けていくこと、、、
その先に、今よりもっと面白く楽しい未来が待っていると信じています。
20年という節目に、これまでHELIOに関わってくださったすべての皆さまへ、心より感謝申し上げます。

With the excitement of our milestone 20th anniversary still in the air, we held an after-party at Lighthouse Coffee on the first floor of Helio Hostel Sapporo.
For this after-party, I had the privilege of serving as the organizer, handling everything from planning to execution.
It was such a special milestone.
My boss and I worked on the preparations while hoping that everyone who came would have a great time and that it would be a memorable experience for all of them…
With that in mind, we moved forward with our preparations.
People who usually work in different places gathered together; those who rarely have a chance to talk exchanged words, and conversations about old times blossomed…
It was a time filled with diverse conversations and smiles, where we truly felt the connections between people.
The relationships forged through our daily work, and the experiences of thinking together, sharing concerns, and overcoming challenges.
We never compromise; we face each other sincerely to create something better.
And the bonds we’ve formed with those who are involved with us in various ways.
I believe it is the accumulation of each and every one of these moments that has led to the HELIO we know today.
We asked for the cooperation of those connected to HELIO from the planning stage onward, and the atmosphere was wonderful from start to finish.

By connecting the experiences we’ve built up over the years to the future, and by each of us thinking, acting, and pooling our individual strengths, I believe we’ll discover a whole new world…
It’s not just about preserving the past, nor is it just about taking on new challenges—it’s about continuing to evolve with the times while cherishing what makes HELIO unique…
I believe that beyond that lies a future that’s even more exciting and enjoyable than the present.
On this milestone of our 20th anniversary, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been involved with HELIO over the years.
